Scholarship and Fee Concession

  


The students should submit their applications for fee concession and scholarship in the time scheduled by the college. Applications should be submitted within fifteen days after admission.

1) EBC concession for the students who are economically backward :-

For this concession, the annual income of the parents / guardians should not exceed Rs. 24,000/- and this income should be of the previous year.

The students from urban areas will have to produce the income-certificate signed by Honorary Magistrate of Executive Magistrate with office seal. Students only from Maharashtra Sate are eligible for this concession. The attendance of the students in college must be 80 % to be eligible for this concession.

2) Fee concession for the children of Primary and Secondary School Teachers


The Children of Primary and Secondary School Teachers get this concession along with examinations fees. Such students have to produce the certificates of their parents as teachers, signed and sealed by the Headmaster and Panchayat Samiti Officers. For the concession the student has to score a minimum of 45 % marks in previous examination.

3) Fee Concession and Scholarship for the children of freedom fighters


Financial support is provided to the children of freedom fighters for their fees, scholarship and textbooks, Students should enclose letter of honour, an income certificate and an affidavit along with their applications.

4) Fee concession and Scholarship for the children of freedom of Ex-servicemen and soldiers

The eligible students from Junior and Senior College get this concession.

5) B. C. Scholarship


Students from backward class get fee concession and scholarship, Caste Certificate is to be produced along with the application. In case of a repeater of discontinuity in education, the student has to produce a Court affidavit, before admission. The repeaters get only fee concession and not scholarship. A student will get 100 % scholarship if the income of his / her parents does not exceed Rs, 49,000/- The student will get 50 % scholarship if this income does not exceed Rs. 1,00,000 /- The student will get only freeship if the income of parents exceeds Rs. 1,00,000/-

6) National scholarship

The application card enclosed along with last year’s statement of marks is to be submitted for National Loan Scholarship, State Co-operative Quality Scholarship, National Quality Scholarship etc. The final selection is done by Department of education, Pune. The students to whom the above scholarships are sanctioned in the previous year, will have to submit their annual progress report in eight days from the date of admission in the college. The scholarship will not be continued otherwise.

Hindi Scholarship is given to non-Hindi speaking students by Central Government.

The handicapped students are eligible for a special scholarship. The handicapped students with minimum 40 % physical disability and minimum 40 % marks should apply in specific forms with the seal and signature of the District Civil Surgeon.

7) Dr. Patangrao Kadam Award

Dr. Patangrao Kadam Scholarships and awards are given every year to the students ranking first in all classes of Arts, Commerce, Science faculties and to students showing excellence in various fields.

8) Late Abhijit Kadam Sports Scholarship

The players ranking in State and National events are awarded Late Abhijit Kadam Sports excellence Scholarship.

9) Prof. S. G. Baravkar Mathematics Scholarships

The students ranking first in Mathematics at B. Sc. I, II, III are awarded this scholarship.

10) Late Sau. Jayashri Hanche Scholarship

The student ranking first in Chemistry at B. Sc. I, II, III is awarded this Scholarship.

11) Students Aid Fund


The needy, poor and sincere students are given financial support through Students AID Fund.

12) Earn and Learn Scheme


The scheme is helpful to needy and poor students.
